Each morning, start the day off right with a full belly. On weekends, enjoy a breakfast prepared by chef Kimberly Giangiuli. Her passion for cooking began at the age of 10 and led her to study in some of the culinary capitals of the world- France, Napa, and New York. Weekday breakfasts are made with delicious ingredients, by Randall Woods, owner of Morning Sun Inn. Breakfast rotates between entrees such as omelettes, frittatas, stratas, or stuffed crepes, with a side of bacon, sausage, or ham. Pastries, fresh fruits, coffee, and juices are always provided. Breakfast is scheduled according to the needs of the guests, typically between 8-10 am.
